Premier Transportation expands it's Pool Distrubution Centers to over 500,000 Square Feet by opening a new Fully Automated DC in Bolingbrook IL.
As a result of marked business growth and the success of our Pool Distribution Centers Premier Transportation opened a New State of the Art Fully Automated Distribution Center in Bolingbrook IL which is designed to significantly reduce lead-time and transportation costs on shipping to our retail customers. Our technology is designed to allow our customers full control over their inventory by using a combination of the latest radio-frequency equipment and barcodes to track the movement of palletized deliveries to our transportation customers.
Since aquiring our new location in Lakeland FL last year, Premier has been continuously working to deliver comprehensive distribution resources and high service standards to our nation's retailers.
In keeping with the company's eco-minded business practices, Premier Transportation constructed the facilites with several environment initiatives. We anticipate recycling over 200 tons of reclaimed materials in 2012.

Expanding our logistics center in Charlotte will allow us to strengthen our service capabilities by increasing the capacity of this key location. As our customers' needs around Charlotte have grown, we have grown with them so we can continue to deliver the reliable service they expect.
