At Premier we communicate directly with our customers through Electronic Data Interchange; thus, providing them with all pertinent shipping and routing data. We utilize technology that permits the interchange of documents in any format with any customer directly or via interconnection with other networks. The system allows for electronic customer invoicing, load tendering with detailed freight information, and the creation of status reports of their pickup and delivery schedules.
Premier provides immediate access to business critical documents, reports, files and workflow data via a simple, intuitive user interface called VIP ContentExplorer. With VIP ContentExplorer Premier can provide customers with access to proof-of-delivery information from virtually any PC from anywhere Internet access is available.
